Hunter Biden charged with 3 felonies

7 weeks ago the DOJ tried to bamboozle a judge with immunity for all other investigations...and that judge called BS....

    Fast forward to today.......

I am sure Joe will fall on the sword and pardon him and then drop out of the 2024 race......he hasnt campaigned anyway....I dont think he ever intended to run

    nothing ever changes

He didn't campaign in 2020 either

Unless something has changed you'd have to bet the farm on a sweetheart deal as worse case.

Federal appeals court strikes down law prohibiting users of illegal drugs from possessing firearms

can't have it both ways. Not on either side.

I doubt you said that from this side of the argument, but that would be a good headline imho. None of the governments business if someone uses drugs, owns a gun or both. But that's the libertarian in me.

Hunter will be pardoned by dad now or in 4 years. Again, I don't really see a flaw because I'd do the same for my kid. This stuff is as much sleight of hand as trump's charges anyway. Media focuses on hunter not his aging dad.

I think he just spent $25 million in campaign ads yesterday to begin rolling out here shortly.

nor is it a crime for criminals to lie on the 4473 about drug use, self incrimination.
            Leave only illegal possession. ??????????

4473 is useless except for obtaining data.

And non of the charges have any ties back to Joe. More grandstanding.

Clay and Buck stated it was a felony.

                  Supreme courts says otherwise.
Now a Texas Federal Court says so also.
A federal appeals court in August struck down a decades-old law barring users of illegal drugs from possessing firearms – another blow to US gun regulations after the Supreme Court cleared the way for courts to reexamine the nation’s gun laws under a new legal standard – and a ruling that could be relevant in the new indictment of Hunter Biden.

Well, maybe someone can be charged for "a lie" on the form, but it won't be a gun charge.

Everyone knows he's guilty and everyone knows Joe is going to pardon him. So why do all this and spend the money.

He lied on the 4473. That is the felony part is the position they were taking.

oooooooooh, that ought to put him in prison for 30 years! Still the SCOTUS says that's a form of self-incrimination.

Expect a fine, (he has plenty of Chinee money), and probation. I’ll be surprised at anything more.
