It seems a little strange that the big guy has offshore accounts. Being that supposedly he has never done any out of country business deals. He's just been a poor senator from Scranton.

I'll bet he is not the only crooked swamp rat in DC with offshore bank accounts. There's probably enough money combined in all those politician's accounts to pay off the national dept. -

The same reason any other politician needs one, to hide money or make it so the government can’t freeze the assets.
