The president has sole discretion for treaties in the Constitution.

But, the same section says that he has to have a 2/3 majority of senators for any treaty to become law.

For now I think only a few progressives would vote to turn over power to the ONE WORLD ORDER. Most politicians will not want to give up their power and control. Biden on the other hand will do whatever he is told or reads off the teleprompter and sign whatever document they place in front of him. After watching his meltdown at the NATO summit these past few days it's apparent he has taken another turn in his declining heath crisis.
