I've only been using desktop. It's slow, but I don't like tiny phone screens more than the slow speed. It's definitely gotten a lot faster this week.

It is intermittent. One moment I can load a page or make a post in fractions of a second. Other times it takes over a minute for a page to load. But it is getting better
