Thanks for getting the thread started. I pestered the boss to get it going last week but he's slacking!

What we need

kick off patron shot (covered) … us transplant Aggies are all about tradition.

Hoss the BBQ pit
HD foil (none of that lightweight sheet)
foil pans
paper towels
mature finely seasoned hardwood
charcoal (lump or kingsford)
propane pear burner to kick off fire
cleaning spray
meat handling gloves
cutting boards
rib slicing knives
variety of rubs
rub binder French’s mustard
chingos of ribs
trash bags
plastic table cover
shade
prep tables
maybe brown sugar if we feel like it
Good Bull and the ability to absorb it

Michael will have most of this stuff and will let us know what he needs.

Team shaping up with solid veterans. Thank you Sirs. New guys don’t hesitate to come out and hang. It’s the most fun you can have standing in a parking lot.

Meat Knife (bring more if you have a cool one)
Cutting boards (bring more if you have a cool one)
Canopy (Diamant Branded)
Table cover (roll)
2-3 prep tables (may need a couple more)
Ribs
Charcoal

If anybody has GOOD wood (Artos is OUT!), bring it. But that's a big responsibility and you'll need to be there before dawn.

Everything else is up for grabs. Just list it here.

I'm in for pit lighting, a single Patron shot, a Bloody Mary table adjacent to Team Rib, and pretty much just being in the way the rest of the time. And as usual (at least for the years I actually show up) I'll also accept tips and donations at the Bloody Mary table to partially offset Team Rib and Team Bloody Mary expenses.

(Anybody got a gallon sized pickle jar for tips?)
