I always thought people were going overboard when they said Axis was SOOO much better.Well if this doe didnt make a fool outta me. Fried up a little backstrap the othe night for me and the wife and MAN MM MM Good!Sweet and tender.WAY better than whitetail and I love Whitetail meat.
