I didn't get a pic showing the size of the holes, but ya'll have seen quite a few this year, and these were just as big! I had this nice doe come in with another just as big, and yearling buck. It should have only taken one arrow to get her, but the 20yard shot was back 6-7in from where I expected it to go. I think I punched the release because that makes my shots go to the right a bit. The shot entered on the left side at the back few ribs. Anyways, after impact she trotted off toward the hole in the fench they came in thru about 45yards away. She stood at that spot for a bit, and I'm looking closly at the entrace wound, and realize she isn't bleeding much and that placment sucked, so I rapidly grabed another arrow that I had ready (thanks Chance for the tip!) and launched another one at her. The sencd arrow went in thru the guts and liver (quartered away) and exited thru the right lung. This was the money shot. She didn't go 30yards after that. I would have lost her I'm pretty sure without the second arrow because the first only got a small lower back part of one lung. Having that second one ready saved the day!
