Here is my first buck i killed with my bow. I got too the land on Thursday of last week at 2 pm. Went download pictures at the feeders to see whats coming in too eat. I decided to hunt a blind me and my brother-in- law built with square hay bales. I didnt hunt that stand in the afternoon i hunted it in the morning. I got there early in the morning around 6 and the feeder goes off at 6.45 am. I threw some corn out before the feeder went off. I could see some deer eating before daylight came. Then all of sudden the deer take off running around and i could here a buck grunting. He was chasing the does. He jumped in the feeder pen and started eating. My heart was beating fast as hell i thought i would have a heartattck. I drew back and was getting my 20 yard pen on him and just before i released the arrow he jump out of the pen chasing the does again. I sat and waited for at least 10 mins before i could get another shot on him. Finally i had a good broad shot but the window i had to shoot out of was a square bail of hay that was sagging in the middle. So i had to stoop down in my chair so i could see him good to take the shoot. I let it rip and it kinda hit him high but i just waited for about 1.5 hours before going look for him. I finally found him about 80 yards away from the feeder. Im putting him on the wall.
