haha its not a BBD but he is my first buck (cull) with my bow. I shot him Thanksgiving morning after I jumped out of my bow blind and spot and stalked him about a 1/2 a mile from where I was.
I was on the brush line on the side of he road on my knee's, ranged him at 40.5 yards and decided I couldn't get any closer without spooking him. So I let the arrow fly, a complete pass through (but way back from where I was aiming, buck fever got to me lol), about 5-10 seconds later, I herd a crash in the brush!!! I knew he was down!! I let some time go by, had a nice blood trail to follow, and found him in the brush about 50 yards in!!
It's a young nasty looking cull buck, but we're trying to get rid of all the cull's so it was just his time!
