8 point and grey fox in Jack Co.

I had a good weekend, last Thursday evening I had this buck come in and gave me a good shot. Also gave me a chance to use my 1 yr old vizsla to recover the buck. I've been training with her with the deer blood from bass pro. She tracked him about 65-75 yards and found him laid up in some tall briars and waist high grass. It was a pretty straight forward track but he did try to circle back. I was very pleased with her track.

The next day on Friday evening had this fox cross an opening about a 100yards away. I quickly got my gun up and whistled so he would stop. I honestly thought it was a small coyote when I shot, but after I got to him I realized it was a grey fox. This is the first time I've ever seen a fox in Jack Co.
