Ive only had the same 3 deer on my game cam all year so far. 2 does, and a spike. Checked the camera last night, and I have a 6 point and a 10 point coming in. Maybe the rut is about to kick in?

In Liberty county it was pre rut last weekend. It is that time on the E Tex coastal plain.

Lots of rutting going on around Victoria. Saw group of 5 bucks chasing a doe and another group of 4 bucks chasing a doe. The last buck of the last group nearly jumped in my mule with me.
