I know he's not much to look at, but man, was it exhilarating!! He came in from behind me and right under my ladder stand. He cautiously went to the corn and then backed off of it. But, he stayed in the area and kept circling around giving me no shot. Then, he stepped out of some brush again at 19 yards and offered me a perfect quartering away shot. I don't have a pic of the exit wound, but it was through the front left shoulder. Complete pass through. He went about 80 yards. I had plenty of blood w/ in 5 feet of where he was standing when shot. I lost the trail after about 10 yards. I learned today that I suck at tracking. Bow is a 2014 Hoyt Faktor. Set at 60 lbs, 27.5" draw and flinging an Easton Hexx w/ 125 gr Grizz Trick 2.
