I know it isn't much but a little 3 pointer but he'll feed the family. It started with him coming in all day yesterday. Seeing how I was going after one of the three mature shooters I'd been seeing. Well this morning I got down out of my stand at about 10:30 I was un tying my bow from the rope I had lowered it out of tree with when I look up and he's standing there head down in a pile of corn not paying any attention to me at all. I ranged him at 35 yards went to draw but noticed a branch that would most likely deflect arrow in flight. I knelt down on my right knee, put my thirty yard pin right on his back and let the arrow fly it hit him in his lower spine and dropped him in his tracks a few moments later he expired and I could not have been happier taking this buck! Shot him with a Mathews reezen 7.0 QAD rest spot hog 5 pin. Gold tip 7595 arrows and 3 blade grim reaper 100 grain. He was quartering to me and the broadhead broke three ribs going in and broke 4 rear ribs coming out the pic is of entry.
