IT started kinda bad Sunday evening..Get to the lease and there is someone shooting a shotgun right on our fenceline...I figured I wouldnt see anything, but right before dark 5 bucks and a dor come into the feeder..@ real nice bucks that nextyear will be shooters. Then I heard what I thought was pigs,but it was a pack of coons...They grunted and sounded like hogs,started hissing at the deer.The biggest buck took after one of the coons but they came right back..I decided I had enough so I drew the Xt for the 1st time on a animal , the axis shaft loaded with a 100 gr slicktrick left its mark//One coon down and the deer didnt even leave(quiet bow) The coons run off but bye the time I could get another set up they came right back, so I let the air out of another one..So finnally got 2 kills in one evening, wish it was a big buck story, but it was some satisfaction for sure..
