Hey y'all. I've done my fair share of hog-doggin and rifle hunting but just got into bow hunting a year ago and this is my first hog! sounder busted in on the feeder out of nowhere around 630am. I just bought a kill light from Elusive Technologies (XLR 100 green light package) and I brought that light down on em real slow and there were a couple of pigs her size and a bunch of piglets. Pigs had no idea that I had the light on em and then pulled back my easton super slam tipped with a G5 montec and let it rip 25 yards. She squealed ran 15 yards and started wheezing and grunting for a minute or two and stopped. My arrow was soaked and she was dead less than 20 yards from my stand. So pumped! Cant wait to do it again. She's getting processed now and should have plenty of great meat in about a week or so. She ended up to be about 60-65lbs.
