    North Texas Turkey Harvest

    After several failed attempts at connecting on a yard bird, I was finally able to connect on a jake Sunday morning. Conditions were less than ideal as wind gusts were shaking everything about. Several gobblers came by just out of bow range before this guy and two other jakes got a little too close...

    At 5 inches this bird was slightly bigger than the previous 2 years harvest, so maybe our turkeys are making a come back from the drought and flooding conditions. Thanks for your time and enjoy the harvest!

    Nice bird, Good Video.....Turkeys in your part of woods are very difficult to kill.
