    Spot and Stalk Action

Had a great weekend of hunting with a buddy. Deer hunting was less than desirable, but the hog hunting wasn't too bad. We were able to work a bunch of thick bottom country and located a pack of about 25-30 hogs. We split up and just slowly worked in on the group. David was able to stick two and I whacked one.

Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of finding a tragedy. Mother Nature can be cruel. This 2 1/2 old ten did not survive the harsh conditions. Oddly enough, he had just shed his antlers, one was close by, could not locate the other.
