Llano redemption

Well after getting skunked last (i did anyway) year on our first annual llano 4day day lease trip, I made a comeback with this 10 point on the first hunt he's a mainframe 10 w kicker on both g2's so really he's a 12. Best buck of my hunting career so far but, still 3 more days of hunting so maybe I can add some ldps in the coming days

On a guy named Jerry Allred's place. It's off of 71 I think. That buck had been shot in the back very recently too. His spine was cut but I guess it didnt sever the spinal cord. Backstraps were almost cut I'm half. I don't know how that sucker was even walkin, but he was lookin for a fight. He was about to jump the fence about 70 yards away and I hit the grunt call and he came in on a string, no limp or anything. Have a feeling he might not have made it anyway tho due to infection (cut was very big and bad). Kinda glad I put him out of his misery that had to be hurting him. O by the way it was a quartering away shot, 2 blade rage extreme left a HUGE hole and he went down I'm about 40 yards
