Great job!! Congrats. My wife shoots the same bow at 35 also.. It is an awesome bow.

Congrats to you. Very cool story. What matters is that you hunted, stayed calm and took a shot and connected. It may not have been a perfect shot but so what. None of us are perfect either. You killed your first bow kill and had an awesome experience. It also sounds like you have an awesome coach and hunting partner. Congrats to you both on an awesome day. A day I may add that probably neither of you will ever forget. Thats what its all about. Good friends doing what they love to do together and bringing home the payload. That is priceless in my book.

I really thought Jason was going to jump out of the blind after i shot the doe. Lol he was just moving windows so he could see.Yes, Ragin is awesome he gave me some pointers on why I should use Whisker biscuits and Rage BH's and its helped me tremendously!

Congrats Gen! Lots of people on here have made bad shots including myself. Every animal reacts differently. I hate shooting does as they are always jicky and it is unbelievable how quickly they can move! You did good. The more critters you shoot the more you will learn. Can't wait to see you with the LDP of that big buck!
