I finally got a chance to hunt today. I got in the stand 1:30pm . About 2:45 3 does came in to the hand thrown corn. I was worried about the wind since it was swirling quite a bit and they were real jumpy. I watched them for about 30 minutes till they finally gave me a shot at about 19 yards broadside. I drew back and let the arrow fly. She jumped the string, but I still got a good double lung shot. The 100 Gr. Grim Reaper 1.5 Razor tip knocked her down where she stood, but she jumps up and ran about 15 yards and died. Lots of blood in that 15 yard run.
