Well watched a **** floater come through this morning that kept me outta the cedar bush I was planning on holing up in but the wind n rain laid out this afternoon so I took out after a hit list buck. Mature big 8 that was running with a younger 11 pt. either would bent best buck ever so I wasn't gonna be picky. Had a couple does bust me at 6:20. Had a spike come in all spooky at 7pm. Then saw tall tines over the cedars at 7:20! Pulled back the destroyer n let the slick trick eat as soon as he popped into the lane. Losing power steering fluid he ate dirt about 175yds out! Came back to ribeyes octoberfest n a kuba kuba! Life is good. Crappie are in trouble next weekend!!
