Deer hunting around Lake Ray Roberts

I just leased a 200 acre farm that shares a half mile of fenceline with Corps. of Engineer land on Lake Ray Roberts. I was wondering what to expect as far as deer density and quality? I know it's Grayson Cty which in itself is awesome but curious as to what anyone has to say. Thanks

I have seen some 150+ bucks up there on the corps while duck hunting. And saw one that was bigger than that years ago. As far as density goes I would expect a decent herd on 200 acres probably some where around 1 deer for every 7 acres up there.

Is the lease mostly open with only a little area to hunt or is it pretty thick?
