First buck kill for 12 yr old

My friends son who is 12 shot a very old cull buck that may be 7 to 8 yrs old. He missed the first shot but was able to compose himself to get another arrow nocked and get a second shot off and connect on the old bruiser. Not the best photo from my phone but it gives you a look at the old 7 pointer. Really proud of him. He just got his bow back at the first of August and got it from a fellow TBHr.

big congrats, my 12 yr old is chasing a 6 yr old 9 pt, he has been to full draw a couple of times but the shot wasn't there. I love it when kids hunt
