Year started off bad or at least pre-season. We put up blinds on Sept 3rd in the Jarrel area, on Sept 4th my house burned in the wildfires in Bastrop and we lost everything. I replaced my bow and equipment. Last week in Oct I got a doe and last Saturday evening got my second one. On Thursday I took off from work and saw lots of bucks running. Saturday around 4:30 had a good 8 pt come in. He is not big but a trophy for me any day.
