My dad and I were up that way (near St Maries) in October, and both got chocolates. It was a rifle hunt, but I'd definitely try a bow hunt now.

the young guide screwed up when skinning him and cut the back part of the hide off so we didnt get an official measurement but they guessed him to be almost 7'

Sounds like you were in a great area with a not so great outfitter I've been through that before. It's a darn shame to have that hanging over an otherwise very successful hunt.
