West Texas Mule Deer??

Leaving this Friday for Fort Davis on a mule deer hunt with my girlfriends father. I was wondering if anyone has been out that way this year and if you have any info on what the mulys or whitetail are up to out there. Thanks.

Get Ready For an awesome hunt. You never know what you will see in the Fort Davis mountain! I have seen some monster muley's roaming those hills. We have also picked up HUGE muley and elk sheds. GOOD LUCK! Oh ya, there are lots of free ranging aoudad in that area as well, so keep your eyes peeled.....

There are some nice mulies in the area for sure. Apparently rains hit at the right time this year for antler growth, my fil has been out that way since opening day and he is reporting high numbers and nice racks. Good luck...wish I was there.
