Brady rut report??

Hunted the entire Thanksgiving week just N of Rochelle. Movememt was slow at best, but it was rather warm early in the week. When it got colder, I saw more deer. Did see 2 for sure shooters that were on the prowl, and another good deer that was definately searching. As of Saturday they were running hard, but I am not sure if the does were cooperating yet. I would think it would be on right now.

Thanks for the responses. From all indications and what I'm hearing it's a little later than normal this year. A state biologist said it was rougly going to be 2-3 weeks later than normal. Not sure why though.Seems to be on the mark.

It's the same every year, just more visible some years. It is still going good out that way. If you go in the next week or so, I would REALLY think about rattling.
