Hey guys, just made it back from my trip to the lease on the Oklahoma/Kansas border. The weather was a little warm for this time of the year but the bucks were sure active. Saw lots of rutting going on, mostly from the younger bucks and was fortunate enough to shoot a good mature buck on Sunday morning. He was chasing a doe and i was able to get him stopped after 3 attempts at 30 yards. I was a little disappointed that i didn't get the shot on film but it happened all too fast. I guess thats the tough part about self filming.GL to all the fellow hunters out there still trying fill those tags.
