Slick tricked the first deer of the season after many man hours put in. I had many opportunities at other deer but I had been holding out for a nice buck I have seen on my trail cam. But I have also been watching this 1 1/2 year old doe who has never showed up with a yearling before the season, on my cam, and when I have been sitting and seeing her. So this evening she didn't get a pass instead she got a slick trick to the boiler room and expired after only 40 yards. This is the 5th deer I have harvested with a slick trick and the furthest one has ran was about 60 yards. 2nd pic is the exit and 3rd pic is the entrance! I am a firm believer in these broadheads (Slick Trick Magnums 100 grain) They fly true as a field point, are reasonably priced, they're durable, and leave a decent blood trail. I honestly have only had to follow a blood trail 1 time due to the deer always expiring in sight. BACK STRAPS FOR DINNER!
