Long story short.
Had 5 deer come in around 8:15-8:30 this morning. Two does, two yearlings and a small 6. It seemed like they never would get close enough for a shot but finally the does walk into the "hammer" zone and the snuffer ss went to work. The shot was a little high on the entry and well you can see where it came out. I really started to have doubts on whether I was gonna find this one because scant blood trail (do to the exit location maybe??) Anyway she ran about 170-200yards before her 3 good legs and lung gave out. Amazing how far they can go in such a short time.
