These shots are from a couple of weeks ago when I killed a rather large stinky boar and couldn't drag him to the truck, so I decided to drive to him. Nothing like hearing contact between the bumper and something metallic while driving through the tall grass/weeds, looking up, and thinking "Self, why is there a t-post sticking up out of the fender?"
The good news is that it isn't an LDP of the truck and there wasn't a blood trail, although the pig left a nice one.
T-post was bent over at a low angle, perfect for hitting the driving light recess in the bumper, and fortunately, didn't contact anything but bumper and sheet metal. Also happy (?) I found it instead of the landowner or his kids riding their 4-wheeler. I did send the landowner an e-mail asking "Do you have liability insurance?" Got a quick response--"Why are you asking?"
