San Saba/Montague activity

Ok, let's hear it. How is the game movement in both San Saba and Montague counties? Is this 3/4 moon having any affect? How about the fronts coming in? How about signs of the rut. I have a lease in both counties and can't decide where to go to?
Any information is appreciated.

Bucks are chasing does in San Saba. I think this is just pre-rut activity. Don't think the does are receptive yet. Deer are moving good. I think there is a lot of night-time movement, though, because the highways were absolutely littered with fresh deer carcasses and those collisions usually happen at night. Good luck!
