please help with hunting season question

it says in my book rio grande turkey fall season,for brooks, kenedy, kleberg, and willacy counties the season is nov.7-feb.28. My question is, is it nov7 2009 -feb.28 2010. Or is it nov.7 2010 -feb.28 2011?

It should be '09-'10. Lookat the front of the book and it will "2009-2010". The regulations for '10-'11 have not been made or printed yet. The hunting license year runs fron Sept 1st- Aug 31st. Here is a link to TPWD's website with the official answer:
