gotta love the Oryx

I know what you mean, I don't know why but I love hunting these things. We have alot of guys come down to hunt them every year and it never gets old hunting them. I have shot three of four culls that we needed to get rid of and it was still as fun this weekend as it was the first one. They are for sure my favorite animal that we have on the ranch.

Oryx are some cool critters, but I'd leave the horn broke ... it adds character and it is what it is!

I don't even think I could donate that stuff. I wouldn't do that to an enemy. It's terrible. I tried cooking it a couple different times with some aoudad we shot and there is no good way to do it.
