well went on our final hunt of the season. had a great season killing 1 whitetail buck, 1 muley buck, 2 whitetail doe, 2 wild hogs, 3 turkeys. i lost one of my doe due to coyotes! and could not find one of the hogs. i finally took my athens out for a hunt to see if i could finish off the season with a kill. well i did! the hog that i lost i shot with my athens. i had a rage 2 blade on the end of the arrow. i did not get a pass through but i made a good shot and had great blood for about 600 yards, believe it or not! he ended up crossing to another property where we did not find him! i figured with the blood we found he would be down within 100 yards, nope not this time. i did however shoot a really nice gobbler! he has a 9 3/4" inch beard and both spurs are 1". he is my second biggest turkey! all my other animals were killed before i got my athens but thats fine because it gives me something to look forward to for next season. i am really happy and excited about this bow! here are a few pics of my turkey.
