2 weeks ago i got my first deer with a bow. this doe quartered away at 15 yards i d-lunged her and watched her fall 30yrds from my stand i was so pumped.
The next week i had to get back in the tree. when i saw horns coming throuhg the brush my heart started pounding. He got broadside at 15 yards again and whack. I hit high and watched him runoff with my arrow, but when he hit the woods i could hear him crashing. i was shaking all over. I got out of my stand(barelycould) and walked back to tell my dad. We picked up the trail and there he was. I was still shaking and was super excited. They were my 2 first and ive never beeen so pumped.
