Thompson Temples Rams

Has anyone hunted at Thompson Temples place, how is his rams and is it a good place to finish my Texas Slam. How is the camp? Any comments would help. Thanks

They are as good as you want to spend. We went this weekend. The camp is not 5 star...or even 3 star, but it has running water, usually, AC and a roof.

You can easily get a ram that will book gold, but it will cost ya.

I got a stomach bug Sat morning and wasn't worth a crap until Sunday morning. By then I was toast. I did a stalk for a few hours Sunday, but the hits keep coming.

I had a great time though...but I could have done with out the puking!

In our cabin we had a bronze Dall, missed silver by 5/8 inch, a silver corsican, a silver "3-horn", and a couple of nice Rambo's. I will let the ladies and fellas post their LDPs.

I will throw some pixels up when they post.

I had my first bowkill on a bronze Dall from 8 yards. That was one tough sucker. Took two shots to finally expire. I am having it shoulder mounted. I believe of the 14 people, 13 rams were killed. Sorry about the bug, Matt. You sure looked alot better Sunday morning. The pic in my avatar was my kill.

sorry to hear about the bug birkdog, sounds like you guys had a good time and people in your group killed some good animals. Fig, congrats on your first bowkill, man those sheep are thougher then the look. It has taken me about a half a dozen broken gold tips and about 4 bent up muzzy's to bring down three of their kind in the past year or so.
