Let's talk knives.... What do you like??

Ok... I am a knife freak and love knives. I have all kinds of knives that I use for certain tasks. Through my years of guiding and taking care of hunters animals, I have learned what works and what does not.

WHAT DO YOU CARRY OR LIKE??

These are the knives that I carry.......
-PUMA Knives (I grew up with my dad using these all fo the time and are great knives.)
-Victorinox Knives (Smaller knives with the red handle, they run about $3.50 apiece and are great for cleaning animals)
-Used Butcher Knives (You can buy them for around $2 a piece and they are great for skinning and quartering!!)
-Benchmade Knife (I carry in my pocket with a pocket clip.)
-I have a few custom knives that my hunters have given me from time to time and I love to jsut look at them!!

    Thanks,
    Brad

I use a Buck 110 lockback for all my deer needs. The same one my Dad gave me when I was 16 years old. That was a long time ago.

I have a big Gerber with a synthetic grip that I use for all my gutting. I use a small Case for skinning.

Knives of Alaska for me. A buddy turned me onto them when I first got into hunting. After that I was hooked.

Of course I got a Warthog sharpener and it keeps them ready to go.

Browning FDT is my go-to gutting knife .....best zipper on a knife I have found.

I have a 18 year old Buck Vanguard that I carry for skinning and nostalgia....

For carrying everyday, this cheapie Maxam (minus the chain) I came across when buying feeder parts is the perfect size for what I need it for. Amazingly it holds a good edge and gets the job done. Yes it's cheap but honestly I don't care because it feels good....my kershaw assisted opening now stays at home..
