iPHONE apps?

is there a way that you can get free apps somewhere or is buying them the only choice?

any neat tricks i need to know with the iphone 3g? =]

If you jailbreak there are some free apps.

But if your not jail broken you can get free apps by using your fiends iTunes account through the app store. If they paid already you can download it free.
I haven't looked but I'll bet iTunes stores the apps people paid for in the pc somewhere.
Then you can get it and import it to your iTunes. Kinda the same thing that is done with music

yeah I just gave it a look see on a torrent site and they have apps you can download for free, pirated and all. So I'm sur you can xfer someone apps from a download with a jail broken phone.
Not sure if retail appsare in torrents for non jailbreaks.

You have an app store app on your phone. Look under free apps. Your battery will die before you look at them all.

yeah. but i dont want to create an account. it asks for my bank card number. but i was skeptical about putting it so i didnt create one. if you dont buy anything it dont charge you though right? im just scared of getting charged for something dumb

Set up an iTunes account. You can get a million apps. As long as they are free you won't be charged. My account has no credit card info.
