My son and were just out back shooting, and while I was at full draw I heard a faint click. I let down and looked over the bow and the arrow and couldn't find anything. I shot three more arrows and everything seemed fine. While my son was retreiving our arrows I found the problem.
The bottom limb split right on the edge.
The bow is a Conquest 3 that I paid around $800 for it a few years ago. It was brand new, and I take very good care of my stuff. It has never been dropped or knocked around.
Have any of you experienced anything like this with a Matthews? I'm also wondering if they will replace the limbs? I'm guessing if they will, I'll have to cover shipping.
This really blows.
Our bow season isn't far off, and this could put a big damper on things.
