My bow will only go up to 60#, so here is a rookie question: How do I get it to 70#? Do I have to buy new limbs or what? Thanks for the help.

yes limbs are the only way. or a new bow.

Sounds like it is time for some new limbs
Take it to your bow shop to get the best advice of what kinds... etc
