How dry in llano

Iam going to llano to bow hunt this year just wondering how try is it down there. And how are the deer looking

Don't know about the deer but was out that way about a month ago and it was drier than a popcorn fart!

We were out at our place a couple weeks ago and it was very green. We had more grass than we have had in a long time. The persimmon trees are also loaded with fruit. The few bucks we did see looked very good and there fawns behind just about every bush. If the acorns don't kill us it should be a pretty good year.

I went to Brady Tuesday and its really dry around Llano.

Our place is between Llano and Brady and is nice and green. They have been lucky to get some nice rains in our area. Bucks we have seen so far have been good. It was a pretty tough season last year and the horns were really down, so we let most of them walk. Looks like it might be good this year... Hope so

very dry.....I'm off 71 just south of the town and it's bone dry. got rain yesterday though
