            He's young. Best policy IMO is if there is any question in your mind, let him walk. I would rather let one that needs to be taken walk than to shoot one that needs to walk.

              If you don't on such a small place someone eles will . It never fells . It would be nice to let him walk though .

                Imo if his tines don't grow to much more than that I would whack him bc I wouldn't want a short tined deer like that in my herd breeding does.

                  I have a similar situation and I personally would let the deer walk. However, if my son/daugther was old enough to hunt I would probably let them air him out. But remember, I am not on a high managed place either where we let the little ones go but we are not obsessive about management. If I was hunting that place with you and your kid dropped him, I would give him a high 5 and take his picture.
