Very nice game for Tommy Hunter and the offense, especially Josh Hamilton. They need to put it together like this MUCH more often down the stretch. The Angels apparently won't be helping much.Comment

Half way through August (almost) and no meltdown. I like it! I heard today on the radio that the rangers have just bumped an 18 year old - yes,18 - up to double AA. He is touted to be their best pitching prospect yet. I can't recall his name, he's Venezualen and was signed at age 16. Anyone else heard anything on him? They didn't move Neftali up until age 20.Comment

I'm pulling for this team HARD... look at what these young pitchers are doing.... Holland's complete game was a truly inspiring beauty.... And Neftalli (sp) has struck out 50% of the batters he's seen, 8 out of 16 last I heard, anyone that throws strikes at 100 mph has got an inside track to the HOF if he can keep it up.... Nolan's taking the pitchers behind the woodshed in the spring has made a huge difference. Whoda thought CJ ilson would be doing this well? he's only had two really bad outtings, the rest he's been very good. Feldman is a rock no one woulda counted on, and Padilla was good, but too moody, and getting our guys thrown in the line of fire.
If our offense gets on the track it was on last year, it's gonna be hard to miss the playoffs.Comment
