So do real turkeys, especially a "turkey vulture"... Sign must be pretty accurate...

Once had a hunter come in from a morning hunt and tell us he didn't see nothin' 'cept some buzzards came out tha woods and ate up all his corn...

'Course he was pretty much a city slicker. Not sure he'd have known what a deer was neither.. I's glad when he left tha ranch.

My first experience with hunting any wildgame was a spring turkey hunt back in high school. We set up on a pond and I thought my buddy was sure to go to jail when he jumped from the cover we were in and started firing at a buzzard that was flying in to get a drink. I jumped up and started yelling, asking why he was shooting at that buzzard? He educated me quickly that it in fact was a turkey. I had no clue!
