Two things.

1. Just cause you can open carry doesn't mean you should.

a. what made you think open carry in a protest crowd was a good idea.
b. there are lots of snipers around, I promise you are in the crosshairs. conceal it.

2. Just cause you're on TV doesn't make you an expert.

a. go to a range, rent a gun, buy some bullets and learn to love a good handgun. They're lots of fun.
b. peaceful assembly is allowed, go interview some protesters instead of sitting around talking about them like their aliens from another planet. If you get fired for being objective Fox might hire you.

But why should we have to change our beliefs and "conform" to their wishes when a MAN comes to our town. I think that if it legal in that state, then the reports should say "there is a man in the crowd with a gun legally, next story is...."

That guy was interviewed later by Chris Matthews about this... you should go watch the video. He was carrying loaded and he was 100% legal. As the video here stated, he was at a church down the road from the school... not at the school. He handled himself well against CM.

Did he actually say the gun was loaded? Didn't he say something like "it would be silly to carry an unloaded gun".

He did really good in the interview. I would like to send him a thank you letter.
