I feel the need, the need for speed!

This forum has been running painfully slow since it was launched. I figure it would be getting better after the cleanup of the server and deletion of the old/temporary forum. Not complaining because I know how much fun this transition has been for Michael and everyone else involved.

But, alas in the wee hours of the morning now with just about everyone in bed it is smoking fast. No hesitation to view threads. It's working the way it should and faster than ever.

If it works this good when getting hammered by traffic it will be sweeeeeeeet

By the way, I love this forum software. It is light-years ahead of the old version in my opinion.

I agree with ya Fulldraw,The site is much better now.Another member and I were discussing ,during the time the site was down,some features that would make it better.Low and behold they are now on here.Once the bugs are worked out it'll be even better.

I'm not experiencing the speed issues that you guys are mentioning. The site is not instantaneous in it's response, but it moves at an acceptable pace. I have cable internet and have not had issues at any time during the day.

It is super slow for me at the office.....click on thread....work a little....flip back over to the other window and thread is up.

Don't know if it is our network/firewall or TBH.

At least we are back up though. Was needing my green screen!!!
