Yes you can print them off of their website. That is how I got the ones for my Stepdaughter.

Which booklets do you speak of? The regs booklets are starting to trickle into the stores. However, public lands booklets can only be obtained through the purchase of an Annual Public Hunting permit.

Not many places left that allow you to use your APH unless you draw. Remember the good old days when if you wanted to hunt type two land all you needed was A permit?
