I'm sure that you have noticed an influx of spammers over the past few weeks. Here's some hints for dealing with the spam posts.
DO: Report them, then post "Reported" so that hopefully we don't receive 100 different reports from different people. Only post it once then let it die.
DON'T: Reply or respond to the spammers post (except "Reported" above). Posting "What is this crap?" or "This won't last long", etc does nothing but keep the spammers post at the top. Just let it die in case we're not able to get to it immediately.
DON'T: Get angry with us because of a spammer. I think most of you would be surprised how many somewhat hateful emails/reports that we get from some people. A simple "spam" description is great! A description of "I thought this was a family site!!!!! We don't need this crap on TBH!!!! Delete this NOW!!!" can really grate on nerves and make you want to leave the spam up just to irritate that person!
Hopefully the spam attacks will be decreasing real soon.
