I did the half windshield DONT DO IT> I took it out. Do the full or nothing. Under the seat I put a dry box with first aid kit. Flares, Glow sticks, and bottle water. I mounted a fire ext to the outside. I built my own roof and put fog lights on top.

If you are needing a top you should contact on of our own Jcampbell (fellow TBHer) who made me a nice top for my rhino. The bow/gun holder that works really well is one made by suregrips!

Below is the pic of the top Jcampbell made for my Rhino.

X2 on the mirror! Get one of the big convex type mirrors they use on ski boats. Mount it high, out of the way in the center of the cab, I mounted mine on the roll bar.
For a gun rack I welded a 1" square tube parallel to and above the dash between the right and left roll bars, from there you can buy a double gun holder from Academy and bolt it right up. Your rifles are laying right in front of you in easy reach at all times.
I can post a pick of the gun rack if you need a visual.

              Thnx guys.
I think they addressed a lot of the roll issues on the 09s.
A custom top isnt in the cards yet as that is a LONG way to go to get it!
Once I wear out the factory tires, then I will be looking at some new ones. Up here, once the snow falls they will be chained up anyway and chains eat away at tires like a mouse does cheese so no sense running out and buying new tires that will be effed by the end of season when I can tear these up first.

What didnt you like about the 1/2 windsheild?

                Slime in the tires.

I'm running a homemade 1/2 windsheild & it is doing what I want it to.
I did cut about a 4" high & 6" across slot in the lower middle where the plastic meets the hood to let some air flow up the hood & in the cab (chest level).

After doing so I read on line where some people cut holes in the same area, about the size of a coke canor so. When winter rolls around they jam Koozies in them to close them back off.

That is what I'll do next time.

I used the double gun boot case at the lease last week- the one that hangs on the rear cage- and it really helped with dust flowing in from the rear and provided some more storage space fo goodies. I have sprayed it with some "silicone water guard" stuff, but still don't know how well this gun case is going to do in the rain.
I still want to build something to hold one gun (AR) up in the top, under the roof quick access (on the go pig patrol).

They sell a junk organizer for the front inside of the roll cage that The people who left reviews in Cabelas seem to love. Just looking at the product it was a shoulder shrugger, but once I read the reviews it got added to my wants list. It looks like a handy place to keep small stuff out of harms way.

When you do build the roof, I'd recommend a roof rack. It allows you to throw stuff up there (strap it down of course) and free up bed space.
I've only had mine a short while & used it once to hold a lock on and another time to carry feeder legs back to camp.

                Here is the homemade rack-

A spot light operated from the inside, like what they use on police cars. Especially useful for gutting at night.

2" lift and a full length skid plate.
4 grown men and gear in that thing, it'll be dragging.
Then dump those Terra-cross tires for some real meat.
And a receiver mounted cargo carrier since your bed has that bench seat.
                    She'll be good to go.

I've had my terracross tires for two years and have had no problem running them in east Texas on the deer lease. No mud riding though.

The half windshield creats a vacume for dust in the cab. I noticed a big difference when i took it off. Plus it adds no effect for pertecting your face for rain or cold. If you want Ill sell you mine.
